What is your return policy?
All sales are final for personalized products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
Merchandise other than custom products are eligible for return within 60 days of shipment.
Our return guidelines are as follows:
Products must be returned in their unused, original condition and in their original packaging with all documentation, packaging included. Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items.
What is your exchange policy?
BB Blocks does not accept exchanges on any personalized products.
Exchanges are allowed for any other merchandise within 60 days of purchase. You are responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items, and shipping fees for the replacement item.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Products must be returned in their unused, original condition and in their original packaging.
In addition to returned merchandise, please include: Order ID, Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address and please note if return or exchange.

Once your return is received, an email confirmation will be sent. If returning, a credit will be issued to the account used to make the initial purchase for the original amount, minus original shipping charges and discounts within 2 weeks of the day the package is received. If exchanging, the new merchandise will be shipped within 2 weeks of the day the package is received.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer is responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by BB Blocks. Once we receive the package at our facility, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge applies even if the order originally qualified for free or discounted shipping.
